Open the Way. Once per day, Prophet of the Anchor opens a portal to another realm. If Prophet of the Anchor maintains concentration until the start of its next turn. It summons 2 Urdar shock troops.

Eldritch Chant. Prophet of the Anchor begins to chant in an extraplanar tongue and exhorts its allies to greater feats of savagery. All Cult members within 60 feet gain 2 bonus acid damage to their weapon attacks.

The Prophet of the Anchor's purpose is to create, and then bolster, a menacing wall of Ruin-aligned allies. The Prophet of the Anchor generally beings the encounter by using Open the Way, followed by using Eldritch Chant every turn unless it is threatened in melee.
